Greetings  to one & all !

Today we are in a situation where each one of us needs to keep ourselves motivated, happy, stress-free etc. But in reality this is not happening or rather I would say it's not working. So what  should be our next step. My this post will speak about simple things that we can inculcate in our lives & the results are gonna be really amazing. So lets start !

Step 1) Smile always no matter what the situation be :

Now most of us reading the First step would feel this is just impossible. Come on its so weird that we are stuck in a difficult situation & this post asks us to smile that too always no matter what the situation is. Trust me this is really going to help. Lets understand this with the help of an example have you ever observed a child, he smiles with all, smiles while sleeping, smiles when beaten etc so this is a simple technique which he uses unknowingly to keep himself stress-free

Step 2) Stop Comparing Yourself

This is another amazing step. Stop comparing yourself from your peers.''To wish you were someone else is to waste the person you are" Always remember that you came to this world for a reason, you were the blessing from God for your parents, you made them parents, you have a long journey to go & your present struggles are just the stones in between your journey which you will definitely set aside. Once you try this Step your life will be like the image below


Step 3) Your presesnt situation is not your final destination :

Today is not your future. Problems you are going through at  present moment is not going to stay forever. Just think your happy days vanished so soon similarly your sad days will vanish equally fast. You'll smile again, you'll laugh aloud, your life will be on its perfect track. Only thing at present you need to do is just wait that too patiently. Never loose trust in God, on your abilities, never hurt your parents & surely you'll succeed on a very fast rate that you had never even thought. If you practice this Step each day one day will come you'll visit the scenery image below

Step 4) Never think negative about yourself:

This step is quite easy. You take efforts to think those things that are going to affect you in a negative manner so why not think it on a positive side. Be positive in every situation no matter what people think about you. Positivity is going to show its colours not today but in your near future. Positive energy is going to attract things that you had never planned , never imagined on the other hand negative thoughts are going to pull todays peace as well as future happiness. Practising this Step is going to make you look like this !


 Step 5) Stop thinking what People think:

This is a Step which most of us are well aware of but will never practise. Seriously stop thinking what people think about you. If you are successful still people are gonnna talk about you, if you are a  failure still people are gonna criticise you. So just stop. Why do you want to give your control of thoughts to people whom you are never even going to look once you succeed. "If you think what people think, then what will people think" Practise this today & always & see how life changes. If you start today, you'll practise tomorrow, apply in future. So don't wait just begin & below image will be yours forever.

Motivation is the key to Success. We all look up to Motivation in our daily lives. Students desire for constant motivation from their Teachers, A child expects motivation from his mother on completing  household chores specially during Lockdown, Subordinates expect motivation from their Superiors & the chain keeps going on & on.  So here’s to my most requested Blog on the Title ‘Tips to be Motivated'

     Greetings to one and all!
Music as we all know is something close to all of us. It’s a stress reliver during exam preparations, parties seem to be incomplete without it, people seem to move their bodies on just hearing the beat of their favourite tracks etc.  Now, the thought of writing on this topic came to me when I saw my Parents enjoying their old melody songs one of the evenings during Lock down.

If we look at the two images above you observe the girl is lost in the world of music, next image talks about the big bang beats of a disco. Perception of music varies from person to person. Some call it their Sadhna, some associate it as a treasure passed from generations to generations. Music for me holds a very special place too. I got introduced to the ‘World of Music‘ when I started attending dance classes of Bharatnatyam. At that time missing a beat of music was considered as lack of concentration.  I used to enjoy the beautiful South Indian beats which my dance teacher used to play & we had different mudras to perform.
Now, let me take all of you to a  music gallery filled with beautiful pictures to see !

A Marriage is just incomplete without Music. Dance, Sangeet , back to back performances etc all are accompanied by Music. All guests wait eagerly for the Bride & Groom to come on stage & enjoy their special moments which is mostly demonstrated by a planned dance by both of them . So, next time you go for a Marriage please see to it you carry your list of songs to be quick enough to convince the Dj to play them all !

For Mumbaikars, Music is on a different note. We all wait the whole year for our most loved Ganpati Utsav where we are on the roads dancing on the beats of our nashiki dhol when we bring our Ganpati Baapa & go for his Visarjan. I personally enjoy this festival as Ganpati Baapa is at my residence too spreading his blessings & purifying our Mumbai city. Even those who are busy on their laptops at home while the visarjan is taking place tend to come to their windows & take their hands up,  first to pray & then to dance. This is the impact of music on Mumbaikars.

Its just unbelievable to see Music gives rise to prepartion of the above food too. This happens when we indulge in Cooking listening to our favourite tracks which gives us motivation to be ready steady with our veggies to go in the cooking pan & give rise to the above delicious outcome!
